SHEIN订单打印面单报错



原因：

IE（州税号）发生变更，如果开票使用了旧的IE，则会导致面单打印失败。



解决方法：



1、进入卖家中心，检查IE是否已更改。如果已更改，在UpSeller中同样需变更为新的IE



点击发票设置 >> 公司列表 >> 设置 >> 公司信息，填写新的IE即可







2、取消已开具的发票，取消发票后请联系客服人员。技术团队处理后，订单回到待开票状态。之后，就可以重新开票，重新打印面单了。
